The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if booking details are found to be false or incomplete.
2. Payment Policy
Payments for online reservations must be made in full at the time of booking through the Ortez InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. secured payment gateway.
All major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking facilities are accepted, subject to availability.
Hotel Blue Bell does not collect or store card details; transactions are processed directly through the payment gateway.
3. Check-in / Check-out Policy
Check-In: 2:00 PM (Early check-in subject to availability and additional charges).
Check-Out: 12:00 PM (Late check-out subject to prior approval and fees).
Government-issued photo identification and a valid booking confirmation must be presented during check-in.
Amendments to Bookings
Modifications to existing bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must request amendments in writing from the hotel’s reservations team.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining decorum and avoiding any disturbance to other guests.
Damage to hotel property caused by a guest will be chargeable at actual repair/replacement cost.
Illegal activities, hazardous goods, and pets (unless permitted) are strictly prohibited.
5. Liability Disclaimer
The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any deliberate injuries caused or sustained within the hotel premises due to the intentional actions of the guest or any third party.
The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the Hotel.
Guests are responsible for damages caused to Hotel property during their stay. Charges will be added to the Guest’s account.
Payment transaction failures due to technical issues at the payment gateway/banking partner.
Guests are advised to safeguard valuables.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Guest personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
Payment information is handled securely by Ortez InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. in compliance with industry standards (PCI-DSS).
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
8. Amendment of Terms
Hotel Blue Bell reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. Standard Cancellation Rules
Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to check-in: Full refund will be issued, after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges and bank charges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: One night’s room tariff will be charged; the balance will be refunded, subject to deduction of bank charges.
No-Show Policy: If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
Bookings made under special offers, discounts, or promotional packages marked as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
3. Group & Long-Stay Reservations
For group bookings (5 rooms or more) or long-stay reservations (7 nights or more), a separate cancellation policy may apply. Guests will be informed of such terms at the time of booking.
